they will never rectify your problem dear. that's what scammers are good at. i was able to read from twitter and some other social media how nasty they are.

+ Get good customer service (not those nasty ones that will just cut you off while communicating)
+ Rectify peoples problem + Penalise defaulters accordingly (Not those things of things of blanket punishment : if an upliner has offended then it should be the up-liner and if it is down-liner).
+ Stop disconnecting peoples live chat just because they have a question to ask about their money

genesisminingfx is a total scam. They're all thieves lurking around for innocent victims. All they do is block accounts and demand referrals in hundreds of dollars which they also block. Everything about genesisminingfx is fake and all you do is loss all your money to theses cheap internet hackers,scammers and thieves!!
