replying..from canada on behalf of all downliner save the poor soul. i am your downliner. and just because your upliner had an issue which he / she never was the cause .then you will have to penalize everyone. that is not a good thing

they will never rectify your problem dear. that's what scammers are good at. i was able to read from twitter and some other social media how nasty they are.

......it not all about building a nice looking platform
+ Give people complete and real information

+ Get good customer service (not those nasty ones that will just cut you off while communicating)

+ Rectify peoples problem
+ Penalise defaulters accordingly (Not those things of things of blanket punishment : if an upliner has offended then it should be the up-liner and if it is down-liner).

+ Stop disconnecting peoples live chat just because they have a question to ask about their money

All what scammers are good at is siphoning peoples money.. just like genesisminingfx1 . i just hate scammers

to wrap it all...you might have a good looking platform ,but not everyone looks good in a broken mirror...
